My experience with Bansal Sanitary Store was very good, I got their guidance like a family member and I bought the same tiles for my house which were suggested to me by Bansal Store, and I am completely satisfied and thankful to Bansal Sanitary Store
Inadequate stock available....sales persons have little knowledge of items available with them, went for buying whole bathroom taps, showers and accessories from them, they ensured before going that all colours are available in stock, asked their sales person many times that the items I am selecting are available in stock with them or not and he repeatedly said yes yes, but after selecting everything and pushing me to pay them upfront they said that things are coming from their warehouse, after waiting for 1 hour only 15 thing arrived out of 30 or odd items required, neither they had black wc or bronze finished tap, showers divertors in stock, after this they said that coloured items are all supplied on order and will take 15 days to a month to arrive and I will have to pay for courier charges also...have I known this would have ordered online from Kohler website where everything is in stock and deliver time was also 5-6 days....spoke to their owner who was a nice gentleman and he promised to send and he did sent items in 14 days, but to my surprise the tap they sent was faulty (missing parts) and cistern face plate was also sent in wrong colour. They have. good. collection of items butonly for display. Sad.
